The minimum age requirement for person renting the unit is 25 years old. A party of six is the maximum for this unit. Payment is due and payable in US Funds in the form of Visa, MasterCard, Check, Cash or Money Order.

We offer vacation rental insurance for trip cancellation, travel delay, mandatory hurricane evacuations, sickness, injury, extension of school year and involuntary termination of employment or layoff. Fee is 6.5% of reservation cost. Please inquire for additional information.

Cancellation Policy: 30 day notice of cancellation in writing required for full refund on weekly rentals. 60 day notice of cancellation in writing required for full refund on monthly rentals. Reservation deposit of $200 converts to security deposit upon check-in.
